The nature of house sitting is such that it often appeals to people who have had previous professional careers, who wish to keep active and / or seek some type of part-time work. This certainly this matches the profile of the majority of our sitters.

Whoever is your sitter, single or couple, you can rest assured that they have been chosen for their mature outlook, integrity and initiative. They will also have undergone rigorous vetting.

All housesitting candidates have to supply two professional references and one personal reference from someone of high standing; they will have been checked for County and High Court Judgments and criminal records. We also like to interview all of our sitters at home, as this allows us to determine their own home situation.
