Q: How long will the sitter be in my home each day and what tasks will they undertake?

A: Our pricing structure is based on the sitter undertaking 2.5 hours of paid work per day, and the rest of their time they stay in your home on a voluntary basis. They are entitled to spend no more than three consecutive hours away from your property during daylight hours and no more than 30 minutes after nightfall.

The sitter's paid duties are agreed between the client and the company at the time of booking. Examples of typical duties are mowing an average sized lawn, plant watering, dog walking, swimming pool maintenance and light cleaning. Additional specified work can be undertaken but may incur extra charges. Such additional duties will be discussed at the booking stage, or as soon after this as the client becomes aware of them.
